We are proud to have had Visual impairment training to remove barriers clients with Visual impairment may face. Our staff are being trained so they can all offer enhanced support including larger font with our letters, we have direct contacts within RNIB/RNC /RSBC and our website is being updated for accessibility

Both Parents Matter Cymru assists parents after separation, especially in respect of non-resident parents with difficulties over child arrangements.
Our trained team will assess each case and offer advice on the best way forward, this can include family meditation without the need for family court action in some cases.

We also provide a specialist service for male victims of domestic abuse especially in the context of fathers and parental separation.
The charity has 3 IDVA'S & 1 ISVA at this time.

We are particularly keen to recruit volunteers at present, especially to add to our helpline rota and to make outbound calls to service users to take details from them. See "Volunteering" in the header for further information.
